We offer a full line of mixed vegetables with state-of-the-art post-harvest handling. People often think food is mechanically planted, harvested and warehoused. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Many people lend their skill, love and back to the growing of food. It is very difficult work, dependant on the whims of weather and because the product is so perishable. Timing of planting, harvest, cooling and shipping are paramount to a good product.
